What can I expect from the Cocktails In The City?
A festival of cocktails you will find up to 20 of London’s finest cocktail bars in pop-up form in London’s largest private Georgian garden. Supported with live music, silent disco, street food, tastings, demonstrations and other unique drinks related experiences.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Bedford Square Garden, WC1B 3DP
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The festival is hosted outside in London’s largest private Georgian garden.
Within the garden there are two beautiful stretch tents that can accommodate up to 400 persons and every participating bar is also undercover.
How long does the experience last?
The average guest will spend 3 - 4 hours enjoying cocktails, food and music at this event.
Session times last for 4 hours in the day and 5 hours in the evening.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
The whole event is step-free, the setting and environment is spacious and visual impairment is not an issue at Cocktails In The City.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Cocktails can be ordered from any of the participating bars and three or more food vendors will be on-site offering a range of cuisine styles including gluten-free and vegan options.
Beer, soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails are also available.
Food vendors in July will include Sticks N Sushi (Japanese), Cafe Pacifico (Mexican) and Officina 00 (Italian).
In August and September, food vendors will include Sticks N Sushi (Japanese), Prairie Fire BBQ (BBQ) and Get The Greek (Greek).
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and videos to share their experiences. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
We provide seating for approximately 30% of the total guest capacity, the event is a mix of vertical and seated experiences and as a festival guests will typically travel around the garden throughout the event.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, portable toilets have been installed in the gardens including wheelchair-accessible toilets.
Do I need to wear a mask?
As an outdoor event wearing a mask is not required.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Guests are welcome to arrive at any time during the session although we recommend arriving with enough time to enjoy the experience fully.
What happens if I arrive late?
Last entry is 30 minutes prior to the closing time.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed apart from service dogs.
Is there an age requirement?
Under 18s are permitted to attend with parent supervision, including babies and toddlers. Children under 16 enter for free.
Is there parking available?
Metered parking is available in the proximity of the event but with its proximity to many overground and underground stations, we recommend arriving by public transport.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.
TICKETING INFORMATION
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets will be available at the door if the session is not sold out, we strongly advise purchasing in advance as typically most sessions are sold in advance.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged, providing that 48hrs notice is given. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We can help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group. If you are a group of over 8 people, please contact the organisers of the experience by emailing drinks@cocktailsinthecity.com.
I can't find my ticket, what do I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
