By Bar Soba with Bacardi Carta Oro
37.5ml Rhubarb infused Bacardi Carta Oro
20ml Fresh Lime
10ml Hibiscus Syrup
4 Drops of Butterfly Pea Essence
Topped with a grape shrub foam*
Add 100ml of Shrub Mix* with one egg. Dry shake vigorously
Shake first four ingredients together and strain into chilled coupette.
Top with Grape Shrub Foam.
Garnish with edible flower.
