37.5ml Rhubarb infused Bacardi Carta Oro
20ml Fresh Lime
10ml Hibiscus Syrup
4 Drops of Butterfly Pea Essence
Topped with a grape shrub foam*
Add 100ml of Shrub Mix* with one egg. Dry shake vigorously and layer on top.
*700g sugar, 400ml water, 100ml white wine vinegar, 100ml grape juice. Slowly simmer all ingredients together.
Shake first four ingredients together and strain into chilled coupette.
Top with Grape Shrub Foam.
Garnish with edible flower.
