Ingredients
35ml Plymouth Gin
12.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Topped with Pink Peppercorn and Tonic Foam*
Garnished with dehydrated grapefruit dusting
*15g pink pepper, 500ml Tonic Water
Instructions
Shake first three ingredients and strain into Collins glass on no ice.
Top with Peppercorn and Tonic Foam.
