By The Beer Kitchen with Auchentoshan 12yr
Ingredients
25ml Auchentoshan 12yr
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Chambord
12.5ml Raspberry Puree
12.5ml Gomme
Innis and Gunn Barrel Aged Saison Raspberry Beer
Instructions
Shake first five ingredients. Strain into Collins glass over cubed ice. Top with Innis and Gunn and garnish with lemon zest and raspberries.
