40 Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
30ml Homemade Pineapple Syrup*
15ml Fino Sherry
5ml Amer Picon
2 dashes of angostura
Topped with soda
*Burlock squeeze all their pineapples fresh
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients and strain directly over crushed ice
Garnish mint, grapefruit and nutmeg
