50ml Santa Teresa 1796
20ml fino sherry
15ml tomato infused Santa Teresa*
10ml simple syrup
7.5ml pear liqueur
3 dashes of Absenthe blanche
Soda Top
**tomato puree that we have infused with Santa Teresa
Instructions
All ingredients are shaken together and strained over cracked ice.
Garnished with lemon zest and cherry tomato.
