35ml Belvedere Vodka
20ml grapefruit and watercress cordial*
1 drop of cardamom extract
2.5ml seedlip garden
*Push a lot of watercress through a centrifuge
Add that to caster sugar and very finely zested grapefruit zest, combine with hot water, infuse and then strain – add citric acid. The sharpness of citric acid (malic acid) works as a preservative and also act as a sharp flavour enhancer
All the ingredients are built in the glass stirred over a block of handcut ice.
Garnished with lemon zest
