    40ml Fords Gin infused with Earl Grey

    20ml Lillet Blanc

    20ml House-made grilled pineapple cordial

    2 dashes orange flower water

  • Instructions

    Shake all ingredients, strain over cracked ice in a rocks glass.

    Garnish with edible flowers.

The nose is full on bergamot & orange. On the palate, you get a soft bergamot flavour with exotic fruit from the cordial. Light and soft citrus finish. Jeremy Pascal - Bar Manager of Opium
