20ml Fresh Lemon

15ml Sugar Syrup

1 Dash of brine solution

Super Malt

Grapefruit zest

Shake first five ingredients with cubed ice.

Strain into tall glass over cubed ice.

Top with Super Malt

Finish with discarded grapefruit zest
