Ingredients
30ml Roku Gin
20ml umeshu sake
40ml homemade momo fruit liqueur*
*momo is a japanese fruit and can be thought of a cross between a peach and a plum. The liqueurs is made by heating the flesh of the fruit with sugar and water
Instructions
Ingredients are built in the glass and garnished with apple blossom
