Ingredients
35ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
20ml Home made Popcorn Syrup
20ml Frangelico
20ml Lemon Juice
2 Dash of Orange Bitters
Topped with butterscotch Foam
Instructions
Shake first five ingredients with cubed ice.
Strain into chilled coupette glass.
Top with Butterscotch Foam.
Serve with freshly popped popcorn.
