Ingredients
30ml Lanique Rose Spirit
20ml Apricot Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lime
2 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
1 Egg White
Instructions
Shake all four ingredients with cubed ice.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with Peychaud bitter hearts on top.
