Burlock with Doorly's 5 Year Rum

Ingredients

40ml Doorly’s 5yr Rum

40ml Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice

10ml Campari

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice.

Strain into tall glass over cubed ice.

Top with Angostura Bitters.

Garnished with pineapple leaf and fresh flowers.
