5ml Lychee Liqueur
12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Peychaud Bitters
Shake the first three ingredients with cubed ice.
Strain into crystal goblet glass over cubed ice.
Finish with bitters and garnish with viola flower and lemon thyme.
