Ingredients

50ml carrot-infused Bols Genever

15ml purple carrot cordial

3 dashes red wine vinegar

Garnish with purple candied carrot

Served with an oyster with cured onion

Instructions

Stir the first three ingredients down with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass. 

Garnish with purple candied carrot.

Served with an oyster cured onion.
