Champagne et Sorbet Tricolour

The following sorbets are created using an ice cream machine and served with three parts of Möet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne.
1) Strawberry, hibiscus and rose daiquiri
1 part white rum, 1 part strawberry puree, 1 part hibiscus
All ingredients are blended in an ice cream machine and served with Möet Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne
