The following sorbets are created using an ice cream machine and served with three parts of Möet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne.
1) Strawberry, hibiscus and rose daiquiri
1 part white rum, 1 part strawberry puree, 1 part hibiscus tea, 1 part fresh lime juice, ½ part rose essence
2) Brioche Pina Colada
1 part toasted coconut and brioche cream*, 1 part coconut rum, 1 part caramelised pineapple, 1 part fresh lime juice
*coconut cream, brioche and soy milk – infuse, blend and strain
3) Blueberry Aviation
1 part Blueberry and violet compote*, 1 part dried cherry liqueur, 1 part gin, 1 part fresh lemon juice
*violet essence and blueberry puree thickened with pectin.
All ingredients are blended in an ice cream machine and served with Möet Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne
