Ingredients
50 ml Angostura 7yr
25 ml fresh lime
25 ml sugar syrup
4 muddled fresh blackberry
4 leaves fresh mint
10mls blackberry puree
Top with lemonade
Instructions
Build over crushed ice in a tall collins glass
Muddle the blackberries first, add ice and remaining ingredients and swizzle using a bar spoon
Top with lemonade
Garnish with fresh mint and blackberries
