40ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
20ml Homemade macadamia, pear and apple syrup*
Dash of homemade pecan tincture
*slowcooked for 7hrs in a sousvide, dried pear, apple and nuts.
For 1ltr around 300g of pear, apple and macadamia at 77degrees.
All ingredients are stirred together in the old fashioned style and garnished with dehydrated pear
