Spend an evening with Arcane and Courvoisier and learn more about the noble spirit and enjoy three refined Cognac Cocktails spanning over 300 years of history.
An interactive session involving crowd participation behind the bar this entertaining and educational tasting session will bring to life the characters and stories behind the drinks.

The Art of Italian Drinking & Dining with Rosso

Drink and dine the Italian way with a guided tour of the history, rituals and reasoning that has influenced the way Italians eat and drink for millennia.
This tutored cocktail and canapé tasting experience will take you on a tour through Italy trying local fortified wines and spirits by themselves and in the form of the mixed drink carefully paired with small tasting plates from the executive chef.
Start the evening with a refreshing glass of Prosecco and Rosso’s contemporary twist on the classic Negroni and we won’t spoil the rest of the journey, you will have to join us to find out how the adventure ends.
