The Pharmaceutical Stimulant no.2 created by Jake's Bar & Still Room.
40ml Belvedere Vodka, 20ml homemade coffee liqueur*, 50ml homemade cold brew, 12.5ml strawberry syrup. Flambé is a vanilla sugar burnt on the foam.
*neutral grain spirit infused with vanilla pods, 100g ground arabica coffee beans distilled and cut down with coffee spirit that we make from the spent coffee grounds from our estate of bars.

25ml Grey Goose Vodka, 15ml Lyre’s 0.5% coffee liqueur, 10ml The Bitter Note 0% alcohol, 20ml mulberry syrup, 25ml espresso, Dash of chocolate bitters, cardamom bitters.

45ml No.3 London Dry Gin, 25ml leather syrup*, Garnished with an orange jelly.
*2 parts Campari, 1 part juniper syrup**, 1 part Antica Formula
**Fresh and dried juniper 2:1 ratio of golden sugar, 1 juniper per ml simmered for 15minutes, cooled and add Antica and Campari together.
