40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 40ml Charitea Mate, 50ml Jasmine acacia honey shrub*.
Homemade Honey Shrub: 1000ml Water (hot not boiling), 300g Acacia Honey, 100ml White wine vinegar, 300g Unrefined sugar, 50g Jasmine flowers (dried)
To make the homemade shrub mix all ingredients until dissolved. Cool & steep for 4 hours. Strain and bottle. Makes 1.5l. Build in carafe, add St Germain, Mate and Honey shrub strain over cubed ice.
Paloma Fizz Mocktail
Pink grapefruit juice, 50ml soda water, 2 springs of rosemary, sugar.
To make Rosemary Simple Syrup: Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup sugar to a pot. Add rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook until all sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Strain and leave to cool. Pour grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a glass. Fill glass with ice and top off with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
Coconut G n T
30ml Gin, 30ml coconut water, 30ml tonic ,juice of half a lime, fresh mint or basil
Add ice to a serving glass and top with lime juice, gin, tonic water, and coconut water. Stir and garnish with fresh mint or basil.
Maple Sour - created by The Alchemist
30 ml Seedlip spice, vanilla, citrus, 50ml tonic. Maple foam (or half teaspoon of maple syrup.
Combine Seedlip, juice of half a lemon, maple syrup and vanilla essence in a cocktail shaker with ice (alternatively you can use a glass jar with a lid). Strain into a glass and top with tonic water.
The Bloody Mary - created by The Bay Horse Tavern
30 ml Finlandia vodka, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi, lemon, tomato juice.
Salt the rim of a tall glass. In a cocktail mixer (or large glass jar) combine the vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, Maggi and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with pepper and a celery stick.
