THE BOTANIST SPRITZ - CREATED BY THE BOTANIST
25ml St-Germain, 25ml apple juice, 7.5ml Bacardi Superior Rum, 7.5ml fresh lemon, 7.5ml licor 43, topped with soda and elderflower cordial.
A sweet and summery serve with sweet notes of eldeflower and apple.
SPRING THAW - CREATED BY ANGELICA
35ml No.3 London Dry Gin, 20ml Lustau Vermouth Rosé, 10ml lychee liqueur, 20ml lemon juice, Peychaud bitters, ginger ale, rhubarb and ginger foam.
A refreshing serve with a moreish rhubarb foam.
A PASSAGE THROUGH THYME - CREATED BY THE BLACKHOUSE
40ml Cut Smoked Rum, 7.5ml dry & sweet vermouth, 25ml maple syrup, caramelised banana shallots.
A complex smokey serve complimented by the sweeter notes of vermouth and maple syrup.
RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE - CREATED BY MANAHATTA GREEK STREET
25ml Chambord, 20ml disaronno, 20ml raspberry puree, 17.5ml lemon juice, egg white.
