Grasshopper Cobbler - created by Coupette

If it's good enough for bars manager Andrei it's good enough for us! Coupette are known for mixing classic cocktails together and the classic mint, white chocolate combination of the grasshopper are paired perfectly with one of the worlds best gins.

30ml No.3 London Dry Gin, 45ml cacao blanc, 45ml crème de menthe, 45ml lemon, 22.5ml sugar, 120ml clarified milk.

An unusual combination of rich and creamy mouth feel but refreshing and the juniper led profile of No.3 coming to the fore.

LALOU - created by Silver Lining

40ml Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, 15ml Discarded Cascara Vermouth, 10ml spent coffee liqueur, 15ml Solo coffee concentrate, 20ml blackberry + rosemary cordial.

As part of the ThreeAfter3 stand that brings three leading female bartenders together from some of London's finest venues this drink is named after Madame Lalou Bize-Leroy, the 'Grand Dame of Burgundy' who is not just a trailblazer being one of the most renowned winemakers in Burgundy - but she pioneered biodynamic viticulture practices in her vineyards.

Her determination put her on the map and now not only are her wines some of the most coveted in the world, but her vinification practices have influenced many winemakers to switch to biodynamic farming - all the better for the wine and for the planet.

A riff of the tequila verdita this is one of the best drinks we have tasted in a long time! The big win is the fresh bell green pepper which goes well with the Ancho Reyes Verde.
