Cocktails In The City are happy to announce the Stylist Loves Laurent-Perrier Bar will be open at Cocktails in the City London Summer Edition, within the beautiful surroundings of, Bedford Square, one of London's finest private Georgian gardens, on the 12th and 13th of July.

A unique collaboration between leading women's lifestyle media group that includes Stylist Magazine, and the new look Stylist Loves and the worlds leading independent family owned champagne house, Laurent-Perrier.

This partnership celebrates remarkable and inspiring women in the hospitality industry, serving three new signature champagne cocktails that have been created by three of the country's leading bartenders; Anna Sebastian, Kelley Hill and Sophie Bratt.

Each drink takes inspiration from sustainability, seasonality and innovation, and reflect the increasingly popular lighter, cleaner cocktail style that is now found in the countries most influential bars.

Anna Sebastian of Artesian Bar at The Langham Hotel has created the Cherry Sherry Fizz, harnessing the seasonal flavours of cherry balanced with fino sherry, Grey Goose Vodka and finished with Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée.

"I wanted to showcase Champagne in a highball, longer and refreshing and not a traditional champagne serve. I like drinks that appear simple but have a surprising amount of depth with a relatable ingredient and something that asks a question"

As a leading voice and proponent of the industry Anna comments: "hospitality allows you to work with people from all walks of life, no two days are the same and you are rewarded with instant gratification through the feedback from guests, it's a great industry that I strongly recommend."

With the rise in Kombucha and natural products Kelley Hill of Trailer Happiness has created Garden Fresh using naturally fermented grape and celery juice fortified with the highly regarded 30et40 Eaux-de-vie Cidre and lengthened with Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut, a unique expression using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes selected late in the harvest that allows no additional sugar to be added to production.

Since coming to London I've never noticed any difference between men and women working behind the bar, although the issue of pay disparity has occurred several times and needs to be addressed."

"'Make every day a champagne day' was a phrase my Nanna used to say and that really stuck with me, celebrate life and enjoy it" enthuses Sophie Bratt, when discussing her ethos and outlook on life.

"A positive attitude is contagious and spreads right throughout the team - and I think it's a key role for a bar manager to create this type of atmosphere and provide the guest with a great experience from the minute they walk through the door".

Working with the iconic Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, Ever After is a subtle blend of light botanical flavours using Ketel One Botanical Peach and Orange Blossom, rose water and strawberry citric acid.
