Cocktails in the City have partnered up with Champagne Laurent-Perrier and Stylist Magazine to create a campaign showcasing contemporary Champagne cocktails involving leading women within hospitality around the UK.
Launching in Edinburgh, Sian Buchan of Panda and Sons, Georgia Thresh of Hawksmoor and Kelsie Hammy of Nightcap have created a collection of new drinks inspired by innovation, sustainability and low-sugar cocktails using Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée, and Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut.

Pick your favourite Pickering's Gin from the classic London Dry, the spicier Bombay style of Pickering's Original 1947 or the Pickering's Pink Grapefruit and Lemongrass Gin Liqueur.
Select the flavour profile that most works for you. Choose from raspberry cream soda, Italian bitter orange and chocolate, botanical lemonade, iced-tea soda cordial or a homemade bramble syrup.
Your bartender will charge your drink with soda before you proceed to the garnishing table where you can select from a range of dried fruits, herbs, botanicals and good old-fashioned sweeties and you have your cocktail, your way.

CAMPARI’s most famous cocktail, the Negroni, was born 100 years ago at Caffe Casoni in Florence.
Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail – the Americano, a mix of Campari, Vermouth and soda water– by replacing the soda water with gin, a choice inspired by his recent trip to Britain.
Celebrate 100 years of the infamous tipple this week and and enjoy four new unique variations of the drink.
