General Manager of Panda and Sons, Sian Buchan took inspiration from the classic French 75 using Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé and offering guests the chance to infuse their own cocktail by selecting one of three unique flavour combinations including: mint and rosemary, star anise and cinnamon and hibiscus and celery.

Taking sustainability as her cue, Georgia Thresh spent the weekend foraging for fresh local botanicals to create a bespoke, sustainable syrup containing ingredients that complement the citrus notes of the champagne. Finished with a spray of essential oils, this elegant and delicate drink is an adaption of the Hawksmoor favourite Champagne Charlie using Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée.

With the continuing trend of cleaner drinks, less sugar and fewer ingredients, rising star Kelsie Hammy of industry favourite Nightcap has a strong personal and professional interest in the conscious and mindful consumption of alcohol. Using the no added sugar style of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut these drinks enjoyed the light touch of natural flavour enhancers.

The success of Champagne Laurent-Perrier, one of the most distinguished and innovative family-owned Champagne Houses, has been driven by the energy of a strong line of pioneering women throughout the ages. The most renowned are those of Bernard de Nonancourt’s family, particularly his two daughters, Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt.
