The Duchess of Bedford - Mr Fogg's Residence, London Spring

ROKU Gin, lavender syrup, lemon verbena tea syrup, william pear puree, lemon, Rinomato Americano Bianco, Fentimans' soda water.

Tasting notes: Light, refreshing and aromatic

The Chapeltown Punch - Vice and Virtue, Leeds

Angostura 7yr old rum, pineapple, Yorkshire tea and rose syrup, fresh lime, trinidad and tobago spices.

Tasting notes: Full bodied and sweet with a hint of fragrance

Royal Summer Fizz - Rock and Rose, London Summer Edition

Whitley Neil quince infused gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, elderflower cordial, french bubbles, rhubarb and ginger gin perfumed marshmallow.

Tasting notes: Light and delicate with a refreshing hit of ginger

Sugar and Spice - The Alchemist, Manchester

Disaronno, Monin hibiscus, grapefruit juice, passionfruit and ginger foam.

Tasting notes: Pleasing sweet and exotic with a slight tartness from the hibiscus and grapefruit

Breaking Badass - Red Door, Liverpool

Appleton Signature Blend, pineapple Juice, watermelon syrup, malic acid, caramelised demerara sugar.

Tasting notes: Comfortingly sweet with a light watermelon finish

Bath By The Sea - Voyage of Buck, Edinburgh

Edinburgh Seaside Gin, apple juice, elderflower wine, lemon juice, rosemary and sea salt syrup, edible bath bubble, lemon bitter.

Tasting notes: Moreish-ly well balanced between bitter, salty and sweet with the added depth of rosemary
