In 2018 guests of Cocktails in the City One Marylebone will be able to experience three of Europe's finest bars shoulder-to-shoulder on the CITC international bar, showcasing the sophisticated cocktail styles of Florence, Paris and Amsterdam.

Creating cocktails with provenance and character in partnership with their cities leading drinks brand, guests will be able to enjoy quintessential Italian cocktails with Martini courtesy of The Atrium Bar in Florence, Genever Drinks with Bols and the House Bar from Holland and trés chic sipping drinks from Café Moderne in partnership with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur.

The place to see and be seen in Florence The Atrium Bar and Four Seasons Hotel will also be the home of celebrations to mark 100 years of The Negroni in 2018/19.

Hosted by Gabriele Fedeli and Head Bartender Edoardo Sardi. Their drink inspired by Florence will be:

1743 meet Negroni

Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter

Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino

Bombay Sapphire Gin

Alkermes SMN

Evo olive oil foam

Gabriele comments: This is a cocktail inspired to Florence, as everybody know Negroni was invented in Florence and in this recipe we add an amazing ingredient created in Florence by the monks of Santa Maria Novella Church in the 1743, and on top a light foam of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil , one of the most representative ingredient of our territory

House Bar in partnership with Bols Genever

House Bar is one of the most influential bars in Amsterdam, located in a 16th century house located within the luxurious surroundings of the Klimpton De Witt Hotel. With a focus on promoting Dutch craft spirits including genevers, rums and brandies Thomas Datema has created a drink that is a dutch twist on a tiki style drink.

Café Moderne in partnership with St Germain

Bar owner Mido is one of Paris's most well respected and well connected bartenders in the capital. Gaining international recognition following success in some of the worlds most competitive cocktail competitions and having recently launched a critically acclaimed new concept menu The Sample guests of CITC will be able to share a drink with one of Paris finest this spring.

Expect an exciting combination of Parisian chic and local ingredients in spritz and stirred form to satisfy the most demanding of pallets.
