Here's a sneak peak of some of the drinks available to enjoy at the UK's leading festival of cocktails.
Rhubarb & Cinnamon Martini - 20 Stories
25ml Campari, 50ml Apple Juice, 15ml Cinnamon Syrup, 15ml Rhubarb Puree, 1 bar spoon Citric Acid
A modern day cocktail using conventional flavours with the addition of an influence of gastronomy
Peachberry Cream - The Alchemist
30ml Disaronno, 7.5ml Woodford Reserve, Cream soda
The customer then has their choice of:1 pippet of strawberry syrup with ruby metallic powder or 1 pippet of peach syrup with gold metallic powder
A very modern drink using the Alchemist techniques and theatre to provide a bespoke drinking experience
Charcola Floss - The Anthologist
35ml Glenmorangie, 10ml Monin vanilla syrup, Fentiman's Curious Cola, Charcoal cola sugar (for candy floss)
A retro cool drink, a reimagined take on the old school whisky and cola using healthier alternatives such as curious cola and adding playful nostalgia with the addition of a unique homemade charcoal and cola candyfloss
Red Ribbon - Arcane Bar
30 ml Grand Marnier, 15ml Bulldog Gin, 10ml Cinzano Bianco, 3.5ml Absinthe, 3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
A semi dry and boozy rift on the classic Martinez and balanced with the richness of the oranges and oak influence of Grand Marnier. Finished with layers of complex spices from the Absinthe and Peychauds Bitters.
The Wise Monkey - Cottonopolis
35ml Monkey 47 Gin, 20ml sour element, 15ml sweet element, 4 dashes bitter element, 50ml soda water
Patrons will pick their cocktail based on the three wise monkeys:
6 images will represent the three sour and three sweet elements; the images will try to capture key elements of the ingredient, tropical looks, dark forests, English countryside elements… Having picked their sweet or sour element they then listen to three short pieces of music (maybe folk, tropical, funky/ pop) and pick track a, b or c.
The third element will be three Haiku’s and they will read out and choose their favourite to complete the drink. The drink gets a quick shake, top with soda and a garnished according to the ingredients meaning the guests can keep coming back and get a different drink every time, up to 27 different drink combinations!
Stop on a Diam - Fika
37.5ml Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel Vodka, 12.5ml chocolate liqueur, 25ml lemon juice, 20 honeycomb syrup, 2 dashes chocolate bitters, topped with lemonade
A retro style drink inspired by the classic nordic diam bar
The Green Light - The Fitzgerald
Ketel One Oranje, Elderflower Syrup, Lemon, Marmalade, Basil, Sugar Syrup
A drink created in the prohibitionists lab this is a smokey, bitter, sweet drink with a herbal twist
Fruity Mare - Flight Club
40ml Ciroc, 20ml Kwai Fee liqueur, 15ml Lime, 15ml Rhubarb and rosehip, 30ml Cranberry, 15ml Strawberry pure
A modern day feel good drink served straight from the slushie machine
Vimto Gardens - Grafene
35ml Sipsmith's Gin, 15ml lemon, 5ml gomme, 50ml Grafene's homemeade vimto puree, dry ice
Manchester's Bramble - sweet dark forest berries with a refreshing finish
The Greyhound - Guilty By Association
50ml Absolut vodka, 20ml Pamplemousse, 25ml lemon juice, topped with grapefruit soda

Moulin Rouge - Harvey Nichols Second Floor Bar

Mon-Tea Bru - Lost in Tokyo
50ml Amaro Montenegro, 25ml lemon juice, 20ml matcha syrup, Lemonade top
Garnished with it's own temporary tattoo and glowstick this drink is out of the back streets of Tokyo with an Amaro where anything goes.
Empress's New Clothes - Manahatta
50ml Empress 1908 Gin, 25ml fresh lemon, 25ml egg white, 15ml gomme, 2 dashes of peychaud bitters, Topped with prosecco
A classic gin sour given the Manahatta New York makeover with prosecco top and colour changing gin

A take on a classic Dick Bradsell drink this is long, refreshing with a rich mouth feel created by the sloe gin.
Ananas de Guignol - The Washhouse
40ml Hennessy VS, 5ml Kings Ginger, 40ml Veuve Cliquot, 40ml Ginger and Black Tea, 20ml Charred Pineapple + Geranium Syrup
A pineapple punch paying tribute to the decadent Belle Epoque period when Pineapples were symbols of wealth, cognac was the spirit of choice and tea brought nations together.
